SAP OTC / SD Consultant – Self-Billing – S/4HANA – Hybrid – Paris, France

Amoria Bond is looking for an SAP Consultant specialized in OTC and Self-Billing (automatic invoicing) processes for a strategic SAP S/4HANA project with one of our clients in Paris.

Location: Paris (on-site / hybrid depending on the project)

Start date: December

Duration: 6 months+ (possible extension)

Daily rate: To be discussed

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and adapt the existing process based on consignment stock to the legal “Invoice to be Issued” model.
• Configure SAP to automatically generate temporary “Invoice to be Issued” accounting entries upon goods delivery.
• Ensure full integration with FI/CO for revenue recognition, VAT, and customer receivables, and with SD for delivery flow management.
• Configure and validate incoming EDI / IDocs for customer invoices, credit/debit notes, and adjustments.
• Develop reports and reconciliation tools between temporary accounting entries and official customer invoices.
• Participate in workshops, unit testing, integration testing, UAT, go-live, and post–go-live support.
• Collaborate with Finance, Logistics, and IT/EDI teams to ensure compliance, traceability, and high-quality data flows.

Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of SAP SD OTC experience, with strong project expertise in Self-Billing / automatic invoicing.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of SD–FI/CO integration and temporary accounting entries.
• Experience with EDI / IDoc, automated flow management, and integration issue resolution.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
• Fluent in French and English.
