Altuva is a public markets investment platform focused on acquiring undervalued listed companies and repurposing their balance sheet capital into higher-performing, asymmetric asset classes. We operate at the intersection of special situations and public market inefficiencies, targeting companies where capital is mispriced, underutilised, or structurally trapped. We are seeking a full-time Investment Analyst Intern to join immediately. This is not a passive research internship. This is a front-line investment role designed for highly capable candidates who want direct exposure to live transactions and capital allocation decisions. Role Overview The Investment Analyst Intern will support the sourcing, analysis, and execution of public market transactions. You will work directly with senior team members on live opportunities and be expected to operate with high ownership and accountability. This role is suited for candidates who are intellectually rigorous, commercially sharp, and hungry to operate in a high-performance environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct fundamental financial analysis and balance sheet deep dives on listed companies Build and maintain financial models (NAV analysis, liquidation value, capital structure review) Prepare internal investment memoranda and analytical briefs Support transaction execution and due diligence processes Assist in outreach coordination with management teams, advisors, and counterparties Requirements MUST BE ABLE to start immediately on a full-time basis ONLY.
