Your future role
We'll look to you for:
1. Log Management:
Maintain and improve the existing solution:Centralize logs on a dedicated serverParse certain types of logsDevelop a simple web interface to assist the operator in sharing labeled logs on the serverDevelop parsers for new types of logs2. Database Management:
Manage and enhance the existing SQL databaseIdentify useful information in parsed logs and store it in the database3. Log Analysis:
Define and calculate relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Identify the signature (or pattern) of existing issues in our ticketing platformAssist the expert in identifying the signature of new problems4. Dashboard Development:
Develop a dynamic dashboard using open-source Python tools (such as Streamlit or Plotly's Dash) to facilitate comprehensive log analysisEnsure that the dashboard provides real-time information and user-friendly interfaces for effective monitoring and troubleshooting5. Train Architecture Presentation:
Create a structured database of key features of the onboard architecture by extracting relevant information from the train's configuration. This aims to:Analyze the diversity of configurations across projectsProvide more context to the logs and correlate issues between projects6. Introduction to AI:
Create a chatbot as first-line support on our ticketing platformGuide diagnostics of a problem based on the feedback from the ticketing platformAssist in ticket creation and log sharingExtract key features of the onboard architecture from the train configuration (thousands of parameters)All about you
