Allison Transmissions Bruges zoekt een Coördinator BOM & Changes die ervoor zorgt dat onze productstructuren en engineeringwijzigingen vlekkeloos worden doorgevoerd. Jij bent de spil tussen engineering, productieplanning en andere afdelingen.

Jouw taken

• Vertalen van engineering-BOM naar productie-BOM.
• Coördineren van wijzigingen en opvolgen van impact.
• Samenwerken met interne teams en externe partners.
• Eigenaarschap over het Manage the Change (MTC)-proces.
• Communicatie en goedkeuringen richting stakeholders en klanten.

Jouw profiel

• Bachelor met technische affiniteit (engineering of logistiek).
• Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in project- of procescoördinatie.
• Sterk analytisch en organisatorisch vermogen.
• Communicatief sterk, proactief en besluitvaardig.
• Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels.

Allison Transmissions Bruges is looking for a Coordinator BOM & Changes who ensures that our product structures and engineering changes are implemented flawlessly. You will be the key link between engineering, production planning, and other departments.

Your Responsibilities

• Translate engineering BOM into production BOM.
• Coordinate changes and monitor their impact.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Take ownership of the Manage the Change (MTC) process.
• Ensure timely communication and approvals with stakeholders and customers.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree with technical affinity (engineering or logistics).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project or process coordination.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills; proactive and decisive.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
