Serving as the primary HR point of contact, you will translate business needs into effective people solutions while working closely with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated HR services.

• Strategic Partnering: Serve as a key player in addressing people challenges and translating business strategies into HR solutions.
• Advisory Role: Act as a strategic advisor in organizational challenges, redesigns, workforce evolution, leadership, culture, and transformation.

Your Profile?

You are an experienced HR professional with relevant experience in HR business partnering and in change management. Holding a Master's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, you possess strong strategic thinking, communication, and data skills. Your expertise includes talent management, performance management, workforce management, leadership development, and learning. You excel in conceptual thinking, interpersonal skills, and have a broad knowledge of HR domains and social legislation. Proficiency in English is essential, with knowledge of Dutch and French.
