Role Summary
As IT Operations Manager, you'll be the maestro of our technology services ecosystem, coordinating teams and optimizing processes across critical domains including IT Service Continuity, Identity & Access Management, and Service Level Management. Your expertise will bridge operational excellence with strategic vision, ensuring our technology backbone supports business success while continuously evolving to meet tomorrow's challenges.
Your Responsibilities
Your Profile
With 5+ years of experience in IT operations or team management, you bring strong knowledge of ITIL principles with practical application skills. Your expertise spans IT operations, service management, process improvement, and project management in areas like IAM, IT security, or service tooling. You excel at stakeholder management with exceptional communication and analytical thinking. A Bachelor's or Master's in IT, engineering, or mathematics forms your educational foundation, ideally complemented by ITIL certification (additional certifications like CGEIT, CISSP, PMP, or Prince2 are welcome).
You communicate fluently in English, with Dutch and/or French being a significant advantage. Your collaborative leadership style builds trust while maintaining focus on performance excellence.
