AssignmentsFor one of our client, we are looking for a Project Manager (HVAC Electrical) to lead and manage service contracts and transformation projects for critical infrastructure and technical building systems.Your main responsibilities include:Overseeing one or more integrated maintenance contracts covering electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systemsEnsuring full project lifecycle management: technical, financial, commercial, and team leadershipPreparing service and upgrade offers based on client needs and site performanceCoordinating with suppliers to deliver optimal solutions and pricingOrganizing and supervising on-site works with your field teamsEnsuring strict safety compliance across all operationsMonitoring project profitability and implementing corrective actions when necessaryManaging all project-related administrative and financial tasksRepresenting the company in client and internal meetings The profileYou hold a Master's degree in Electromechanical or Electrical Engineering, and you have at least 6 years of experience in managing HVAC service contracts.You are a strategic thinker with excellent organizational and commercial skills.
