Program Manager Location : Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid, 2/3 days a week in person) Contract : 6months + (B2B) Start : ASAP Key Skills: Transformation | Roadmapping | Stakeholder Alignment | Digitalization | Portfolio Management | Governance | Change Management | Communication | Leadership | Risk Management Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive transformation roadmap grounded in realistic milestones. Partner with executive leadership to synchronize program outcomes with organizational goals. Work closely with IT to embed digital solutions across functions. Oversee a suite of cross-functional initiatives alongside project leads and other stakeholders. Organize and facilitate high-level steering committees and equivalent governance forums. Guide project teams to deliver on targets within scope, schedule, and budget. Drive change-management activities, including crafting the narrative, designing communications, and assessing impacts. Maintain transparent reporting on risks, progress, and outcomes to keep all stakeholders informed. Candidate Profile At least 10 years of proven experience in project and program management. Educational background in industrial, commercial, or civil engineering, or comparable professional experience. Prior exposure to controls or infrastructure projects is advantageous. Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder-management abilities. Demonstrated enthusiasm for digitalization and IT collaboration. Multilingual proficiency (Dutch, French, English).
