Civil Engineer

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for the civil engineering aspects of multidisciplinary projects related to the high-voltage grid, from initial concept to project completion. Your main role will involve conducting studies and providing technical support for the structural components of substations and high-voltage installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop civil engineering solutions during the design phase.
• Contribute to budgeting and project scheduling.
• Oversee and coordinate permit and implementation studies, including environmental and structural stability assessments, as well as architectural and implementation planning.
• Guide designers on technical requirements during detailed design to ensure project alignment.
• Manage and supervise external study partners.
• Prepare technical documentation for contractor procurement.
• Offer technical support throughout the tendering and implementation stages.
• Ensure the quality of architectural studies and outcomes.
• Collaborate with and report to the multidisciplinary project team.

Your Profile:

• Degree in Construction Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in Dutch with a good command of French.
• Familiar with architectural methods, soil mechanics, and stability analysis.
• 5+ years relevant experience.
