Agropur is seeking a Temporary Pricing and Commercial Agreements Analyst to join its St-Hubert team for 9 months.

The Temporary Finance Analyst – Pricing Management and Commercial Agreements is responsible for analyzing financial data related to commercial contracts and pricing strategies. This role involves evaluating pricing models, monitoring contract compliance, and supporting decision-making to optimize profitability.

What this role involves:

More specifically, the responsibilities of the Temporary Pricing and Commercial Agreements Analyst are:

  • Analyze deductions in accordance with established processes and ensure daily follow-up.

  • Identify the reasons for deductions, assess their validity, and prepare the required documentation to support the cooperative's position in disputed cases.

  • Actively participate in the collections process and work closely with Sales Directors to help prevent deductions.

  • Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of performance indicators, as well as to the continuous improvement of existing processes.

  • Manage pricing in SAP, including data entry in accordance with the calculation schema and validation of approved changes (One Book process).

  • Manage Temporary Price Reductions (TPRs) and trade agreements, including data entry in CCM for the creation of provisions.

  • Provide support for U.S. pricing management: diagnose and enter weekly prices (index and premium) in SAP.

  • Analyze temporary rebate forms and validate the weekly addition of promotions to ensure compliance with exclusivity agreements (fresh products).

  • Collaborate with business partners and commercial finance analysts on matters related to the price increase process.

  • Participate in sector meetings to ensure progress on files and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.

What you need to join our team:

  • College diploma (DEC) in Accounting, Administration, Office Automation, or a related field required.

  • University degree considered an asset.

  • An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.

  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in a similar position required.

  • Proficiency in spoken and written French and English required.

  • Recognized for strong analytical skills, patience, rigor, and the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously with accuracy.

  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel specialist; pivot tables and advanced formulas).

  • Knowledge of Oracle and SAP considered an asset.

  • Ability to work under pressure, strong analytical skills, autonomy, and good priority management.
