Accountant - Client Services


Job Overview:

The role involves supporting the team of Client Service Managers in preparing documentation for daily insurance company transactions and correspondence with clients and service providers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly policy statements, audit planning and management, payments to service providers, and banking correspondence (transactions).
  • Management of MASTTRO platform, including reconciliation of daily transactions, registration of new accounts, ensuring new accounts connectivity, keep private investments values up to date.
  • Handle verbal and written inquiries related to insurance transactions.
  • Support the daily accounting process, ensuring banking, investment, and other financial transactions are recorded accurately.
  • Assist in policy fee calculations, billing, and collection.
  • Ensure reinsurance schedules are prepared accurately on a quarterly basis.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, analytical and computer skills, in particular Microsoft Office
  • A proven working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • An excellent command of written and spoken English
  • A highly motivated and committed individual
  • The ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills

Job Requirements:

  • Four‐year undergraduate degree is required – Finance and/or Accounting
  • 1-2 years of experience in one of the following areas: accounting bookkeeping or audit. Experience can be from internships.
  • Basic/Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Basic knowledge in preparation of basic Financial Statements
  • Ability to work well under pressure with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
