Management Assistant

For one of its clients, Robert Half is looking for a Management Assistant (M/F/X) for a permanent contract.

Our client is an international private equity investment company located in the city center of Brussels.

Your responsibilities as a Management Assistant (M/F/X) include the following :

• Preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
• Circulating and organizing administrative documents.
• Answering and managing incoming phone calls.
• Monitoring, screening, and responding to incoming communications, including emails.
• Welcoming and interacting professionally with visitors.
• Maintaining regular contact with senior stakeholders, such as investors, shareholders, C-level executives, board members, and advisors.
• Liaising with internal staff members across various levels and regions.
• Designing and maintaining databases, including investor relations CRM systems.

To excel in the role of Management Assistant (M/F/X), candidates should meet the following requirements:

• You have a bachelor's degree in office management, Multilingual Business Communication, or Languages, with prior experience as a management or executive assistant, ideally within a corporate environment.
• You have an excellent level ( written and verbal) in Dutch with a strong command of English. Fluency in French is a strong advantage.
• You have advanced computer skills and strong expertise in MS Office Suite.
• Being able to work during office hours (8.30am/9am/5.30pm) in Brussels and, once a week, to work from 10am to 7pm.
