What you'll do

As
HR Officer
, you'll play a key role in connecting IT talents with great opportunities, support their growth troughout their carreer, and manage our internal and external communication. Your mission will be diverse, dynamic and creative:

• Find & attract talents
  : source candidates, build talent pipelines, and reach out via social media, email & calls.
• Be their first contact
  : screen applications, run first interviews, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Support careers
  : contribute to onboarding, training, and development of our consultants.
• Foster a trusting environmen
  t : you will be a crucial point of contact for everything related to the wellbeing of our consultants and the prevention of psychosocial risks.
• Boost our brand
  : promote Adiutum as an employer of choice, and bring our community to life on social media.
• Represent us
  at job fairs and events.
• Innovate & improve
  : bring fresh ideas to make our recruitment activities even better.

Who you are

• Master's degree in HR, Psychology, Marketing, Communication or other relevant field.
• Fluent in
  French & English and/or Dutch
  .
• A
  great communicator
  (both written & spoken).
• Proactive, organised, and not afraid to take initiative.
• Interest in the
  IT world
  ? Big plus
