Job Summary:

Responsible for administering, configuring, and maintaining Ivanti solutions including Endpoint Manager, Service Manager, and Neurons modules to ensure optimal performance and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and manage Ivanti products/modules
• Monitor performance; troubleshoot issues
• Manage patching: test, deploy, report
• Design workflows and automation rules
• Align Ivanti solutions with business needs
• Provide technical support to users and IT teams
• Integrate Ivanti with other systems
• Conduct audits for compliance and optimization
• Stay current on Ivanti updates and best practices
• Collaborate with vendors and user groups

Skills & Experience:

• 6–8 years in Ivanti administration
• Strong knowledge of Neurons, Endpoint Manager, Service Manager
• Skilled in configuration, troubleshooting, patching
• IT infrastructure and scripting proficiency
• ITSM knowledge and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and multitasking ability
• Self-driven and eager to learn

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field
• Relevant Ivanti or ITSM certifications a plus
