D365 CRM Technical Architect | Brussels

We’re looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect to drive complex solutioning across Sales, Field Service, and Customer Service modules. You’ll play a key role in ensuring architecture alignment, leading technical delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners.


What You’ll Do:

  • Architect and deliver scalable CRM solutions meeting business and compliance needs
  • Lead design across multiple modules and complex requirements
  • Ensure code and deployments follow best practices and CI/CD standards
  • Own technical debt resolution and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Act as the go-to expert for Dynamics 365 customization decisions
  • Liaise with Microsoft/ISV partners on upgrades and escalations
  • Contribute to our Centre of Excellence and mentor across teams
  • Engage actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies


What You Bring:

  • 8–10 years of experience, with deep knowledge in Dynamics 365 CE architecture
  • Expertise in Power Platform, Azure, .NET, integrations, and deployment
  • Strong functional understanding of Sales, Field Service, and Customer Service
  • Excellent documentation, articulation, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Proven experience as a CRM Solution Architect (min. 3 projects)
  • Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, Dynamics, Azure) are a plus


Nice to Have:

  • Experience with DevOps pipelines (CI/CD), JIRA, ServiceNow
  • Strong grasp of Azure Functions, Service Bus, and Storage
