Solution Architect Anaplan | Belgium

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Anaplan Best Practices: Drive consistent, high-quality implementations using industry and Anaplan best practices.
• Blueprint Design: Collaborate with project leads to translate business requirements into robust Anaplan model blueprints.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with production & demand planners, account managers, business controllers, supply chain and finance directors.
• User-Centric Design: Contribute to a dynamic, start-up-like team focused on usability, user experience, and planning tool engagement.
• Mentorship & Support: Provide technical support and guidance to other model builders across project teams.
• Business Process Improvement: Streamline planning processes and foster collaboration between commercial and supply chain functions.

Essential Skills:

• 5+ years in supply chain and/or finance.
• Certified Anaplan Solution Architect OR 2–3 years of hands-on Anaplan model building experience, ready to step into the Solution Architect role.
• Proven track record with multiple Anaplan use-case implementations.
• Structured thinker, systems-oriented, and skilled in translating business needs into scalable Anaplan solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication with excellent listening skills.
• Industry Affinity (preferred): Life sciences, food & beverage, manufacturing, service logistics & parts, or telecom.
• Fluent in English.
