We are looking for a
Product Owner
to lead the
Key, Certificate, and Secret Management (KCSM) Squad
within our Production Security division.

In this role, you will drive the strategic vision and roadmap for cryptography-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, IT evolution, and security standards. You will act as both a strategist and facilitator, bridging the gap between business needs, IT teams, and security leadership.

Your Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Roadmap

• Maintain a technological watch on cryptography trends to anticipate future needs.
• Understand the evolution of banking operations, IT applications, and infrastructure to adapt the squad's value proposition.
• Define short, mid, and long-term objectives, and advocate for the roadmap and required budget with stakeholders.

Agile Planning & Delivery

• Prepare Quarterly Agile Planning (QAP) based on the roadmap, translating objectives into user stories.
• Collaborate with squad members to prioritize and validate work, ensuring alignment with business and technical priorities.
• Work closely with the Scrum Master to optimize squad performance and daily operations.

Team & Competency Management

• Collaborate with Chapter Leads to define required skills and squad sizing.
• Identify training needs and career evolution opportunities for squad members.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Maintain clear communication with Business, IT Management, and CISO.
• Ensure timely follow-ups, set clear agreements, and facilitate decision-making.

Your Profile

Education

• Bachelor or Master's degree (or equivalent experience).

Experience & Technical Skills

• At least 5 years as a
  Product Owner
  , ideally in the
  Security domain
  .
• Strong knowledge of
  security technologies
  and
  project management tools
  (e.g., Rally).
• Preferable: experience in
  cryptography
  (Portunus, nCipher, Snow).
• Proven background in
  Agile methodologies
  .

• Excellent organizational skills; ability to handle multiple topics simultaneously.
• Strong facilitation, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with risk-awareness and a drive for continuous improvement.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and evolving business priorities.

Language Requirements

• Fluent in
  English
  , with strong written and spoken communication.
• Fluent in at least one of
  French or Dutch
  , with a basic understanding of the second language.
