Marketing Manager Laurence and her team are looking for a driven Junior Marketing Campaign Coordinator with a nose for marketing projects and campaigns. What your day will look like?

In this role you’ll be responsible for the A-Z project management of different marketing campaigns for Axepta BNP Paribas as well as a variety of communication projects.

• You’ll be responsible for the conception, creation, agency briefing, follow-up, optimization and reporting of different marketing campaigns that support our pipeline creation efforts (lead generation), our brand awareness and that drive prospects to our website.

• You’ll develop converting campaigns and determine the best formats, messaging angles and channels for our different target audiences, in collaboration with our digital agency.

• You’ll manage the information gathering, copywriting and follow-up of communications towards our current clients following different company transition projects.

• You’ll create content that supports our pipeline creation efforts, educates, and drives our prospects to our website: blog posts, newsletters, social media visuals, client testimonials, copy for landing pages and email campaigns.

• You’ll manage and optimize the organic social media calendar; writing posts, creating visuals and monitoring the comments and messages.

• You’ll manage the content and structure of our website in our WordPress CMS. You keep SEO in mind at all times. You’ll create dedicated landing pages for specific campaigns and optimize them for conversions.

• You'll draft designs to create sales-supporting marketing material (leaflets, templates, …).

• You’ll report on the performance of our campaigns as well as our website taking business KPIs into account.

What skills will you need to be successful in this function?

• An academic or career background in economics, marketing, management or similar will set you up for success.
• As this is a junior role, we don't require a first experience. Got some anyway? Great!
• You are fluent in Dutch and/or French with a good base knowledge of the other national language. As English is our vehicular language at Axepta BNP Paribas (internal and external), a good oral and written knowledge level is crucial. Fluent in all three? You've hit the jackpot!
• You have a natural passion and curiosity for all (digital) marketing channels and innovation that can help us reach our objectives.
• Excellent organization and project management skills help you prioritize and handle multiple projects of varying importance, deadlines, and complexity at any given time.
• You know how to manage your responsibilities independently and can successfully lead a project from A-Z.
• You keep the client and their needs front and center in your work and use your communication skills to build solid internal relationships. Internal network is a superpower at Axepta BNP Paribas!
• High-level understanding of Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Web Analytics tools and SEO.
• Do you know how to use Wordpress (CMS), Canva, Acrobat Pro as well as Adobe InDesign? You already have a big advantage.
