Our CIO Ruben and his team are looking for a driven IT Service Manager who is responsible for delivering high-quality IT services to the business. The IT Service Manager will ensure that the team provides excellent service in accordance with the needs of the business, follows up on the quality of delivery of third-party suppliers, and resolves issues efficiently.
The role requires strong leadership, priority management, and communication skills, as well as a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and systems.

What your day will look like?
Your main tasks:
- Communicating effectively with business stakeholders, ensuring that their IT needs are met and that they are informed of any issues or changes.
- Owning incident management process and participate to on-call out of business hours. Ensure that you and the team resolve issues efficiently and effectively, minimizing downtime and impact on the business. Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues.
- Ensuring that IT service delivery complies with security principles, industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborating with other IT colleagues to ensure that all IT systems are integrated, operating effectively and maintained up to date.
- Developing and maintaining documentation of IT processes and procedures, and communicating changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Acting as key stakeholder in the change and release management processes.
- Working together with a team of IT professionals responsible for delivering IT services to the business. Lead, motivate, and develop the team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Overseeing the planning, implementation, and management of IT services to ensure delivery is within budget and meets service level agreements (SLAs).
- Monitoring and reporting on the performance of IT services through the use of service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs). Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize service delivery.
- Managing vendor relationships and ensuring that third-party IT services are delivered according to SLAs.
- Identifying and managing risks associated with IT service delivery.
- Developing and managing budgets and ensuring that costs are in line with the organization's financial goals.
What skills do you need to be successful in this role?
- You are fluent in Dutch and/or French with a good understanding of the other national language. Your knowledge of English (both written and oral) is good, as English is the vehicular language at Axepta BNP Paribas.
- Knowledge and certification of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
- Some proven experience in IT service management, preferably in a similar role or with comparable responsibilities.
- A strong understanding of IT infrastructure, telephony and application architectures.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules of incident management, change management, problem management and risk management.
- Knowledge to manage an Office365 productivity and collaboration platform (SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive).
- You handle efficient two-directional collaboration with all stakeholders (IT, business, third parties, suppliers, …) with your strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset.
- You know your way around managing budget and resources.
