The Opportunity
Responsible for the daily coordination and overall management of the Avantor Services team at the customer site. This includes ensuring health and safety compliance, staff training, and team supervision to deliver high-quality service.
The role also involves working closely with other suppliers, senior stakeholders, and the scientific community to maintain service continuity. This is done by monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs). May support a more senior supervisor as needed.

Als Supervisor stuur je een team van 13 tot 15 medewerkers aan, elk met een logistieke verantwoordelijkheid. Je maakt deel uit van een dynamisch team van 6 andere Supervisors en werkt nauw samen om de kwaliteit en veiligheid binnen ons Services-departement te waarborgen. Jij bent de motor achter de motivatie en ontwikkeling van je team, en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste mensen op de juiste plaats staan.
