te versterken.

Als team leider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse leiding, coaching en ontwikkeling van de medewerkers van de Sample Management afdeling.

Je zult nauw samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen, serviceverbeteringen voorstellen en je team naar succes leiden.

Daarnaast, speel je een actieve rol het ondersteunen van teamlids op het operationeel vlak waar nodig.

Je bevordert een proactieve, klantgerichte cultuur en zorgt ervoor dat prestatiedoelen, veiligheidsregels en kwaliteitsnormen consistent worden gehaald.

Het gaat om een voltijdse, waarbij je werkt op de site van één van onze grootste farmaceutische klanten met locatie in Geel.

Werkuren:
Maandag - Vrijdag, flexible starttijd tussen 07:30 en 09:00 en eindtijd vanaf 16:00

Het team
Je stuurt een gedreven team aan van 10 medewerkers, met een focus op Sample Managemement activiteiten binnen een labo-omgeving.

Je maakt deel uit van ons departement Lab & Production Services, waarbij je toonaangevende farmaceutische bedrijven en laboratoria ondersteunt door hen te helpen met onderzoek en ontwikkeling binnen de Life Sciences.

Wat we zoeken
Opleiding

• Minimum middelbaar onderwijs
• Bachelor is een plus

Ervaring

• In een leidinggevende rol
• Binnen dienstverlening / customer service is een plus
• In een gelijkaardige omgeving is een troef

Vereiste Vaardigheden

• Zeer goede kennis van MS Office, vooral in Excel en Outlook
• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en goed in het Engels (geschreven en gesproken)
• Een commerciële mindset en een proactieve houding
• Veerkracht, zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
• Verantwoordelijk; veiligheid heeft voor jou prioriteit

Hoe u zal groeien en een impact zal hebben

• Beheren van de werkplanning van jouw team, rekening houdend met verlof en ziekte
• Coachen, bijsturen, motiveren, trainen en ondersteunen van teamleden
• Organiseren van 2-wekelijkse teammeetings met al jouw teamleden om de planning, taken, huidige situatie en problemen te bespreken en gepaste oplossingen te zoeken
• Waken over een sterke teamsfeer en zorgen dat jouw team ge-crosstraint is om de nodige continuïteit te blijven garanderen wanneer iemand afwezig is
• Inspelen op de noden van de klant met het oog op groei en waken over een goede verstandhouding
• Ondersteunen van teamleden op taken in betrekking tot Sample Management (staalbeheer, QC documentatie beheren, analyses uitvoeren,..)
• Uitvoeren van regelmatige controles op de correcte naleving van de werkinstructies en regelmatig nagaan of deze allemaal up to date zijn
• Meewerken aan projecten die door Avantor en/of de klant worden opgedragen
• Beheren van diverse administratieve taken zoals personeelswijzigingen, updaten van werknemersprofielen, communiceren met HR, vopvolgen van verlofplanning, beheren van KPI's, voorbereiden van presentaties, ...
