About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager - Data Analytics
to lead business intelligence and data analytics initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Agile project management, a deep understanding of BI reporting systems, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Project Management

• Lead BI reporting projects with cross-functional project teams.
• Oversee project scoping, resource planning, budgeting, and financial tracking (cross-charging).
• Manage the full system development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to delivery and validation.
• Facilitate Agile delivery activities: sprints, standups, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.

IT Change & Release Management

• Coordinate and drive execution of change requests across deployed reporting systems.
• Manage production releases with a structured and risk-conscious approach.
• Ensure Computer System Validation (CSV) activities are properly planned and executed, including testing and documentation updates.
• Support system documentation and user acceptance testing.

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years
  of experience managing IT projects in data analytics or BI, ideally within a regulated (GxP) industry.
• Strong knowledge of
  Agile methodologies
  and hands-on experience with
  Azure DevOps
  for backlog and sprint planning.
• Familiarity with Snowflake and Power BI is required
  ; knowledge of Veeva (especially Source Quality Vault) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of BI reporting concepts (star schemas, database models, medallion architecture, etc.).
• Knowledge of
  Computer System Validation (CSV)
  and GxP regulatory expectations.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
