As a member of the AnalySD team, you will be involved in the entire project lifecycle. This goes from gathering requirements and conducting feasibility studies to offering functional specifications and participating in user acceptance testing.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document their requirements, objectives, and processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize business needs and objectives.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for IT systems and applications.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure that the technical solutions align with business needs.
- Assist in the development of test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues or defects, working closely with developers and support teams.
- Provide guidance and support to developers and project teams.
- Safeguard existing business and solution architecture and liaise with enterprise, system and/or solution architects.
- Present the designed end products (process analysis, functional test scenario's, documentation...) A minimum of 7 years working experience as a business/functional analyst
- Proficiency in business analysis techniques with regards to requirements gathering.
- Proficiency in {French or Dutch} and English
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Demonstrable experience (5 years) with business process/business case modelling tools, such as BPMN or UML.
- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL for data analysis and querying is a plus.
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build positive relationships.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity when working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Adaptability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing business needs.
