Automotive Network and Technical Manager

We are seeking a Network and Technical Manager whose mission will be to design, develop and maintain a reliable network of roadside assistance partners and car repair garages.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and supervise an experienced Technical Help Desk team to support the network and optimize roadside repair rates (On-Spot Repair).
• Collaborate with the Group L&D team to design a continuous technical training path for roadside technicians to strengthen their skills.
• Provide technical support to the call center, particularly for implementing Help on the Phone processes.
• Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) on network and automotive technical matters.
• Work closely with group entities and the European network on various projects.

Qualifications

Solid experience in the automotive sector (minimum 7 years), ideally in:

• Roadside assistance network management.
• After-sales network management at an OEM or automotive distributor.
• Technical role, technical support, or warranty management at an importer or national sales company.
• International experience preferred.
• Fluent in French and English.
