What You’ll Do:
Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Log and track incidents, ensuring resolutions within SLAs.
Collaborate with L2/L3 teams for escalations.
Maintain clear documentation for seamless support processes.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of hands-on IT support/helpdesk experience.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Familiarity with ticketing tools and support platforms.
Flexibility and commitment to 5 days onsite in Belgium.
