Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Level 1 Support Engineer to join our IT Service Desk team in Belgium. The L1 Support Engineer will be the first point of contact for end-users, responsible for handling basic IT issues, logging tickets, and ensuring timely resolution or escalation of technical problems.

Required:

  • 1–2 years of experience in an IT Support or Service Desk role.
  • Basic knowledge of ITIL practices.
  • Familiar with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and common IT tools.
  • Exposure to ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or JIRA.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory); Dutch and/or French is a strong advantage.
