Skill Sets:

• We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused L1 Digital Workplace Engineer to join our IT support team in Mechelen.

• Proven experience (1–3 years) in an L1 support or helpdesk role, ideally in a multilingual environment

• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and customer satisfaction.

• Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English (written and spoken) — mandatory.
