Project Manager (FR/EN)

The Position

As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our teams and work on client projects located in Charleroi.

As a Project Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Leading and overseeing railway sector projects from initiation to completion
• Managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring seamless communication between teams
• Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with client needs
• Monitoring project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
• Identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinating interdisciplinary teams and fostering collaboration

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in engineering (preferably in Civil Engineering) or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in project management, ideally within the railway sector
• Strong proficiency in French and English
• Experience with project management tools
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of railway industry standards and regulations is an asset
