The role:

  • Join the Secretariat to strengthen the Information Systems Unit (ISU – working group).
  • Report to and support the IT Application Officer (ITAO). Grow towards substitution of the ITAO.
  • Serve as AIB Hub Super User: configure, troubleshoot, and act as first-line contact for Members and IT suppliers.
  • Service-oriented role combining technical work with essential coordination and admin tasks.
