Minimum Qualifications:
Proven experience in painting and surface preparation techniques.
Proficiency in manual dexterity tasks related to painting and carpentry.
Familiarity with drywall installation and repair.
Ability to safely operate table saws and spray painting equipment.
Strong understanding of safety protocols related to painting and construction environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with fiberglass application and repair.
Knowledge of MIG welding techniques to support integrated construction tasks.
Certification or formal training in painting or related trades.
Experience working on commercial or industrial painting projects.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and repairing drywall or other materials to ensure proper paint adhesion.
Operate tools such as table saws and spray painting equipment safely and efficiently to apply paint or coatings.
Perform manual tasks requiring dexterity, including detailed brushwork and fiberglass application.
Collaborate with carpentry and welding teams to integrate painting tasks with broader construction activities.
Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met and make touch-ups as necessary.
