Role Overview -
Reports to: General Manager - Operations
Primary Function: Oversees field maintenance and commissioning teams ensuring project execution, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Manage and coordinate field service teams and subcontractors.
- Plan, schedule, and execute maintenance and commissioning activities.
- Resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Perform on-site equipment installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain strong customer relationships, support sales initiatives when needed.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
Qualifications / Experience:
- Leadership in managing technical or field service teams.
- Proven experience in industrial equipment installation, maintenance, and commissioning.
- Strong understanding of safety compliance in field operations.
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
- Solid problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Additional Details:
- Travel: Regular, to client facilities.
- Languages: English required; additional languages may be advantageous.
- Soft Skills: Customer-focused, strong communicator, capable under pressure.
