Role: Senior C&Q Engineer - Small Equipment/COTS

Location: Belgium

Contract: 6 Months with extension possible

Own Commissioning & Qualification for cutting edge COTS and small-scale equipment guiding systems from concept to compliance.

🔹 Be the SME That Drives Excellence

Act as the go to expert for C&Q strategy, execution, and risk-based decision-making. You’ll work directly with suppliers and cross-functional teams to deliver right first time results.

🔹 Hands-On Impact

Execute protocols, troubleshoot on the floor, lead walk-downs, and ensure smooth, safe equipment start-ups across a wide range of biotech tech.

🔹 Own the Metrics

Track C&Q progress, manage risks, and report KPIs that keep the project moving and regulatory timelines on target.

🔹 Collaborate Across Teams

Support URS/QRA development, ensure training readiness, and keep alignment strong from engineering to quality.
