We are looking for an experienced (Senior) Java/DevOps Engineer in Brussels, Belgium with 8 years of experience, a good understanding of the software development lifecycle and automation tools for developing continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines .

- Understanding customer requirements and project KPIs;
<\/span><\/li> - Implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure;
<\/span><\/li> - Planning the team structure, activities, and involvement in project management activities;
<\/span><\/li> - Managing stakeholders and external interfaces;
<\/span><\/li> - Setting up tools and required infrastructure;
<\/span><\/li> - Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation;
<\/span><\/li> - Have the technical skill to review, verify, and validate the software code developed in the project;
<\/span><\/li> - Troubleshooting techniques and fixing the code bugs;
<\/span><\/li> - Monitoring the processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement and minimizing the wastage;
<\/span><\/li> - Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible;
<\/span><\/li> - Identifying and deploying CyberSecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management;
<\/span><\/li> - Incidence management and root cause analysis;
<\/span><\/li> - Coordination and communication within the team and with customers;
<\/span><\/li> - Selecting and deploying appropriate CI/CD tools;
<\/span><\/li> - Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline);
<\/span><\/li> - Mentoring and guiding the team members;
<\/span><\/li> - Monitoring and measuring customer experience and KPIs;
<\/span><\/li> - Managing periodic reporting on the progress to the management and the customer;

<\/div>- Bachelor or Master Degree;
<\/span><\/li> - +8 years of professional experience in the field;
<\/span><\/li> - Understanding of the software development lifecycle;
<\/span><\/li> - Understanding automation tools for developing continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines;
<\/span><\/li> - Technologies: Java/JEE, JavaScript, PHP, Vaadin, JPA, XML Processing, Rest services; OS: Linux RedHat and/or Debian; platforms: Docker; WebLogic server
<\/span><\/li> - Tomcat Server; Nexus;
<\/span><\/li> - CI/CD : GitLab, Githu;
<\/span><\/li> - Databases: MySQL & Oracle;
<\/span><\/li> - Fluency in English;
