Global Multinational Analyst \"Early Career 2026\"

In this role, you'll help AIG connect global insurance programmes with strong local partners around the world. Your work ensures multinational clients receive consistent, compliant, and high-quality insurance solutions, no matter where they operate.

What you'll do

You'll work closely with experienced colleagues and international partners to:

  • Support the setup and renewal of multinational insurance programmes
  • Collaborate with internal teams (underwriting, claims, operations, legal, ect.) and external network partner insurers
  • Help manage relationships with network partners across different countries
  • Assist in resolving operational or service-delivery issues
  • Support meetings, presentations, and partner communications
  • Learn how local regulations impact global insurance programmes

No two days are the same, you'll balance coordination, problem-solving and relationship management in a truly international environment

  • You confidently support renewals, placements, and partner interactions
  • You proactively contribute ideas to improve processes and service delivery

Who this role is for

The role is ideal for:

  • Bachelor's or master's graduates who graduated in 2025 or will graduate in 2026, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Sales Management or Sales Administration, Languages or a comparable field of study or early career professionals.

In addition, we are looking for candidates who are:

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken). French is a strong plus, and any additional EMEA language is an advantage.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word are essential). Comfortable with digital tools and eager to build IT-related skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders, including client representatives, CEOs, risk managers and senior executives.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Interested in global business, insurance, or financial services.
