Flexi - Hospitality & Operations Officer

This is a flexi, on-site role for a Hospitality & Operations Officer at our brand-new boutique hotel on the Meir in Antwerp.

The officer will play a key role in the weekend operations of the property, ensuring top-quality hospitality services and smooth guest experiences.

Responsibilities include:

• Setting up and serving breakfast, as well as closing and tidying the breakfast area
• Managing check-ins and check-outs
• Handling guest communication and inquiries to ensure a flawless stay
• Performing operational quality checks and following up on supplies
• Supporting various daily operational tasks in the property
• Guiding and supervising students or interns

Work Schedule:

• Saturdays and Sundays
• Morning shift: 07:30 – 11:30 | Afternoon/Evening shift: 15:30 – 19:00 (tbc)

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus
• Flexibility to work weekend shifts
• Passion for boutique hospitality and guest experience
