Financial & Business Controller (F/M)

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Finance professional to partner with our business in Benelux. You'll be the financial co-pilot to our leadership team, translating data into actionable insights and helping us shape our commercial and operational decisions.

As Financial & Business Controller (M/F), your responsibilities will include the following:

• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across the region.
• Analyze financial performance and provide clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor business health.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/local GAAP) and internal controls.
• Support monthly closings and reporting cycles in coordination with Group Finance.
• Drive rolling budget evaluations and periodic reforecasts.
• Lead financial analysis for new product launches, store openings, and ad hoc projects.
• Support integration and optimization initiatives across systems and processes.

Skills:

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A or Controlling in an international environment.
• Fluency in Dutch; English and French is a strong asset.
• Advanced Excel and ERP skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to communicate financial insights clearly.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with Microsoft D365, Power BI and Power Query.
• Exposure to consumer goods industry / retail.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across cultures and influence non-financial stakeholders.
