Business Analyst

A client of Spilberg is seeking an experienced
Business Analyst
to join their Sustainability & Circular Economy IT team. This role focuses on documenting end-to-end requirements for regulatory compliance projects, starting with the implementation of
EURO 7 standards
, and supporting digital initiatives that are
creating an impact
in the circular economy space.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business teams to translate regulatory requirements into system functionalities.
• Organize workshops with cross-functional stakeholders to visualize end-to-end business processes.
• Analyze and document logical relationships among data and processes.
• Work closely with technical architects and development teams to ensure accurate understanding and implementation of requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Conscientious and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to manage complex projects and work independently across functions.
• Experience with ESG regulatory frameworks (e.g., CSRD, EUBP, EUDR).
• Proficiency in O365 (Teams, SharePoint) and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Knowledge of Snowflake is a plus.

Academic Background

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
