Senior Recruiter – RPO Assignment (Graduate & Early Career Talent)
Location: Antwerp / Berchem (2 days per week on-site)
Contract: Full-Time (via 10 Select)
Compensation: €7,000 – €9,500 per month
Make Your Mark Where Global Meets Local
You’ll step into a high-visibility role at a global FMCG powerhouse, supporting their People & Culture team with end-to-end recruitment. This is not your average “post-and-pray” job. You’ll be juggling global guidelines, local realities, and stakeholders who expect you to know exactly what you’re doing — and why. If graduate recruitment, stakeholder management at senior level, and navigating complex matrix environments are your natural habitat, you’ll feel right at home.
