In September 1992, China Resources Group (CR Group) invested Winland Investment Limited, a listed company in Hong Kong, and renamed it as \"China Resources Enterprise, Limited (CR Enterprise)\". Join Our Engineering & Facilities Team
Position: Engineering Officer
Behind every great cup of coffee is a perfectly functioning cafe. We are looking for an Engineering Officer to be the guardian of our physical stores. From managing new shop fit-outs to ensuring all licenses are up to date, you will play a vital role in keeping the Pacific Coffee experience seamless for our customers.
What You Will Do
Project Coordination: Oversee engineering projects, including contractor selection, payment processing, and managing utility (water/electricity) setups for new or closing stores.
Equipment Management: Handle the procurement of essential cafe equipment and furniture, ensuring our teams have the best tools to work with.
Licensing & Compliance: Be the expert on store safety. You will manage annual fire and ventilation inspections and ensure all licenses (Food, Liquor, Water Pollution) are renewed on time.
Operational Support: Coordinate essential daily services like cleaning, pest control, and hygiene training to maintain our high standards of cleanliness.
Administrative Excellence: Manage historical data, handle audits, and communicate with our group procurement team to ensure all engineering records are accurate.
Who We Are Looking For
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in engineering or facilities management. If you have worked in F&B or Retail, that's a huge plus
Knowledge: Familiarity with Hong Kong government licensing procedures and regulations.
Skills: Strong data handling skills and proficiency in business systems.
Attributes: A responsible multi-tasker who can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Communication: Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken) to coordinate with government departments and internal teams.

牌照與合規事務: 負責門店的消防及通風年檢,並辦理各類牌照(如食牌、酒牌、污水牌)的續期或註銷,確保符合政府法規。
營運支援: 協助安排衛生督導員課程,並統籌店舖日常服務(如滅蟲、清潔及現金收取),維持高品質的衛生標準。
行政與數據處理: 處理審計、整改報告及門店歷史數據,並與集團採購部保持高效溝通。

專業經驗: 具備 1–2 年相關工程或設備管理經驗;有餐飲或零售行業經驗者優先。
專業知識: 熟悉香港政府牌照申辦流程及相關法規。
技能要求: 熟練使用業務系統,具備良好的數據處理與分析能力。
個人特質: 具備高度責任感及抗壓能力,能獨立處理多項任務並準時完成。
語言能力: 良好的中英文書寫及口語能力,能處理專業文件及電郵。
