Project Manager Machine Modification

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects focused on modifying our machines to meet local requirements across Europe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of machinery and regulatory standards.

What can you expect from this challenging job?

• Project Coordination: Lead and manage projects, including special application machines, ensuring they meet local requirements and standards.
• Supplier Coordination: Take initiative in coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate modifications of machines.
• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, dealers and internal stakeholders (Product managers, Pricing team, Regulations team).
• Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product development.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of modifications.
• Reporting: Prepare and present reports on project status and product performance.
• Innovation: Drive the expansion of the current machine lineup with innovative special application machines.

Are you the colleague we’re looking for?

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction equipment industry or a related industry.
• Skills:
• Hands-on approach with a proactive attitude and ability to take initiative.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset and ability to work autonomous.
• Full proficiency in English; knowledge of other European languages (French or German).
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Commercial mindset.
