Position: Energy PMO Support Project Governance: Resource Management Coordination: Monitor the status of multiple projects within the portfolio, consolidating progress reports and providing insights to senior management. ~ Risk and Issue Management Support: Financial Oversight: Track project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial plans, and provide detailed cost analysis and forecasts. ~ Stakeholder Communication: Ensure effective communication across all stakeholders by facilitating regular updates, meetings, and feedback loops. ~ Quality Assurance: Oversee project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and align with the defined scope and objectives. ~ Team Coaching and Development: Act as a mentor and coach to project managers and teams, promoting a culture of learning, collaboration, and accountability. Master’s degree in Management, Business Engineering, Engineering or equivalent ~3 to 8 years of experience as PMO or Project Manager ~ Effective time management and ability to clearly identify priorities and manage multiple tasks ~ Able to speak fluently in French & English , Dutch is a major asset Our Talent Management Services department (a.k.a TMS) is designed and fully dedicated to the development and well-being of our employees.
