For our clients across the public and private sectors, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to strengthen a team responsible for application evolution projects and the implementation of new ways of working linked to the gradual resumption of operational activities.At Yuma, we believe technology only matters when it makes a real difference for people.What you'll doYou will play a key role in bridging business needs and IT solutions, ensuring clarity, structure, and value delivery throughout the project lifecycleUnderstand, analyze, and formalize business needs in close collaboration with stakeholdersTranslate business requirements into clear and structured functional specificationsConduct detailed functional analyses in the context of application evolutions and continuous improvementsParticipate in refinement workshops, offer analysis, and contribute to the drafting of project deliverablesOrganize and facilitate meetings and workshops to capture specific needs and document them in structured analysis filesSupport testing activities and contribute to validation processesProfile / requirementsWho you areYou are a Senior Business Analyst with strong analytical skills and the ability to structure complex information into clear, actionable insights. You are comfortable interacting with multiple stakeholders and translating operational needs into functional solutions.Additionally, you bring:Strong knowledge of Agile methodologiesSolid understanding of project management principlesExperience with modeling techniques (UML / BPMN)Experience using Enterprise ArchitectGood knowledge of SQLExperience in testing / validation activitiesExcellent oral and written communication skills in FrenchStrong synthesis skills and the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and accessible wayWhy Yuma ?At Yuma, you're given space.
