For our clients across the public and private sectors, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to strengthen a team responsible for application evolution projects and the implementation of new ways of working linked to the gradual resumption of operational activities.

What you'll do
You will play a key role in bridging business needs and IT solutions, ensuring clarity, structure, and value delivery throughout the project lifecycle
Understand, analyze, and formalize business needs in close collaboration with stakeholders
Translate business requirements into clear and structured functional specifications
Conduct detailed functional analyses in the context of application evolutions and continuous improvements
Participate in refinement workshops, offer analysis, and contribute to the drafting of project deliverables
Organize and facilitate meetings and workshops to capture specific needs and document them in structured analysis files
Support testing activities and contribute to validation processes
Profile / requirements
Who you are
You are a Senior Business Analyst with strong analytical skills and the ability to structure complex information into clear, actionable insights. You are comfortable interacting with multiple stakeholders and translating operational needs into functional solutions.
Additionally, you bring:
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies
Solid understanding of project management principles
Experience with modeling techniques (UML / BPMN)
Experience using Enterprise Architect
Good knowledge of SQL
Experience in testing / validation activities
Excellent oral and written communication skills in French
Strong synthesis skills and the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and accessible way
