Senior Application Engineer (MOM / CPMS) Location: Antwerp (4 days on-site, 1 day remote) Rate: €500 per day Contract: 12 months Interview & Start: ASAP Languages: Dutch & English (mandatory) We are looking for a Senior Application Engineer with strong CPMS expertise to drive digital transformation within industrial production environments. This is a hands-on role combining deep software engineering experience with strong analytical capability and customer-facing delivery. You will translate business and production needs into effective automation solutions within a Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) environment. Responsibilities Implementation of digital production processes within CPMS based on customer requirements and functional analyses Configuration and delivery of MOM systems Performing AS-IS / TO-BE analyses, GAP analyses, ROI assessments and re-engineering Leading and executing functional testing with stakeholders Creating analysis, design and test documentation Coaching colleagues during software development Supporting project planning and coordination activities Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience) Minimum 7 years of experience in a software engineering role Strong experience analysing customer needs and translating them into technical solutions Experience within industrial or manufacturing environments CPMS experience is mandatory Proactive, solution-oriented and customer-focused mindset Ability to work independently and collaboratively Driver’s license B Fluent in Dutch and English Technical Skills Required: Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL GIT (version control) Nice to have: Project management experience HTML5, CSS, JavaScript C# Industrial communication protocols (OPC, MQTT) Knowledge of OEE, SPC, CIL, CIP, Lean Manufacturing principles Data warehousing, ETL processes and data analysis
