Own the full payroll cycle and HR administration for approximately 70 employees — accurate, on time, every time. Be the trusted first point of contact for employees and managers on salaries, benefits, leave, and social legislation.
Manage international mobility in collaboration with our external partner: Single permits and special tax regimes for international hires relocating to Belgium.
Support for Belgian employees working abroad.
Partner with the Global HR Leader to drive end-to-end people processes: talent acquisition, performance management, and talent development.
Lead recruitment end-to-end — from employer branding (in collaboration with our communications team) to offer acceptance — attracting the right people for today and tomorrow.
Identify learning & development needs and co-create programmes that strengthen individuals, teams, and the organisation.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with solid first experience in payroll and a strong grasp of Belgian social and labour legislation.
A true HR generalist by nature — you love understanding how the dots connect and how hard and soft HR processes impact each other.
Digitally savvy and curious — you explore new technologies to make HR smarter and more efficient.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
A proactive self-starter — well-organised, impact-driven, hands-on and energised by continuous improvement.
