Revenue Manager

Role Description

As a Revenue Manager, you will take full ownership of the strategic development of your hotel portfolio with the objective of maximizing revenue, market share, and profitability.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Daily monitoring of performance data, market trends, and competitive sets to define and adjust pricing strategies.

- Developing strategy and producing accurate forecasts to anticipate opportunities and risks.

- Managing and optimizing distribution channels (OTAs, GDS, direct website) to ensure maximum visibility and conversion.

- Preparing regular performance reports and working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure strategic alignment.

- Supporting hotels with group and event RFP pricing, while maintaining strong relationships with external partners.

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Revenue Management role.

- Strong analytical mindset and ease working with numbers.

- Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented, with excellent communication skills.

- Fluent in English and French (Dutch is a strong asset).

- Willing to travel occasionally to visit clients.
