Expert Talent Advisor – Randstad Sourceright (UCB HQ) Anderlecht, Brussels Randstad Sourceright is excited to recruit a new Expert Talent Advisor to support the UCB account! We are looking for a passionate recruiter who wants to make a real impact by helping find talent that contributes to innovative treatments for people living with severe diseases. You will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and guiding candidates who share this mission. About the Role As an Expert Talent Advisor , you will support our client, a global biopharmaceutical company that promotes collaboration and curiosity that values diverse perspectives and backgrounds. You will be a strategic advisor and manage end‑to‑end recruitment for various key roles across Europe. What You Will Do Manage the full recruitment cycle for diverse roles across Europe Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, offering market insights and best practices Collaborate closely with sourcing teams and shared service centers to identify top talent Drive process improvements, including offer management and onboarding initiatives Ensure excellent stakeholder management through clear and proactive communication. Who We’re Looking For Minimum 5 years of experience in end‑to‑end recruitment and global stakeholder management Experience in RPO is a strong advantage Solutions minded, proactive, empathetic, and service‑oriented Strong communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships Fluent English required; French is a plus.
