The European team includes 23 SDRs, with the Benelux team growing rapidly to support increased enterprise demand.
Your Role
As a Business Development Representative, you will drive pipeline growth within the Commercial & Enterprise segment (1,000+ employees).
📞 Conduct outbound prospecting into enterprise accounts
🎯 Deliver 24 meetings per quarter (12 meetings in your ramp-up quarter)
📅 KPI focus: meetings held
🤝 Engage with IT decision-makers including CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, IT Managers, and Compliance stakeholders
📊 Generate high-quality pipeline to support a rapidly expanding AE team
🔥 Act as a key growth driver in the Benelux region
What You Bring
✅ 6+ months of SaaS or outbound sales experience
✅ Experience with outbound prospecting
✅ Comfortable speaking with senior IT stakeholders
✅ Strong ambition to grow into an Account Executive role
✅ Willing to commit 18–24 months to a structured BDR growth path
✅ Fluent in French (Dutch is a strong plus)
✅ Based in or near Brussels
