Design and user experience are central to this journey. As Lead Product Design Research, reporting to the Head of Product Excellence, you will play a key role in establishing design as a strategic capability across the organization, leading a growing design team, defining a clear design vision, and working closely with Product Management, Engineering, and business stakeholders to shape the future of healthcare software. /pulliDefine design vision and strategy for the entire product portfolio. Develop a compelling design vision that aligns with business objectives and supports our platform consolidation and AI transformation strategy. Define AI-native design patterns — including natural language interfaces, AI companions, and personalized workflows — that healthcare professionals can trust. Translate this vision into actionable design strategies across all product tribes. /liliEstablish design standards, principles, and processes across the organization. Create and implement design guidelines, quality standards, and workflows that ensure consistency and excellence. Define how design integrates with product development processes. /liliBuild and manage the design system as a strategic asset. Own the development and evolution of our design system, ensuring it scales across products and enables rapid, consistent feature delivery. Partner with Engineering to maintain design-to-code fidelity. /liliSet research methodology and prioritize research initiatives to drive user-centered decisions. Establish user research practices, methods, and tools. Lead the research agenda to build deep understanding of healthcare professionals’ needs, including how they adopt and interact with AI-assisted workflows. Ensure insights inform product decisions. /liliCoach and develop the design team to build world-class design capabilities. Lead, mentor, and grow product designers. Foster a culture of craftsmanship, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Define career paths and professional development opportunities. /liliEvangelize design thinking across the organization. Champion user-centered design practices and build design awareness throughout Corilus. Partner with leadership to embed design thinking into strategic planning and decision-making. /liliGrow design capability to meet evolving business needs. Build the business case for design investment, recruit top talent, and scale the team in alignment with organizational growth.
