Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Group CFO at Bscovery, based in Belgium. The Group CFO will lead the financial and administrative function of the Group and act as a strategic business partner to the CEO and shareholders.
The role includes structuring and consolidating financial reporting across all entities, implementing robust financial processes and internal controls, and ensuring accurate and timely financial statements. The CFO will oversee cash management at Group level, optimize working capital, and support performance monitoring through strong analytical tools and KPIs.
The position also involves active participation in acquisition projects, including financial analysis, due diligence coordination, valuation modeling, and financing structuring. As a member of the Steering Committee and Executive Committee, the CFO will contribute directly to the Group’s transformation and long-term strategic development.

Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and performance management aligned with strategic growth objectives
AI Curious
Proven ability to prepare, analyze, and consolidate financial statements across multiple entities
Solid understanding of corporate finance fundamentals, including cash management and working capital optimization
Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills
Experience in financial reporting to senior management and shareholders
Demonstrated experience in a senior finance leadership role (CFO, Group Finance Director, or equivalent)
Experience in growth environments, ideally involving M&A transactions and financing structuring
Ability to implement robust financial processes, internal controls, and governance standards
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Excellent communication and business partnering skills
Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent are considered an asset
